We are looking for a UX Designer to work on a large AAA MMORPG for PC and consoles. The project combines an adventure narrative, an open world, PvE and PvP elements, with many interacting systems.
The work will involve deep immersion in feature design, complex UX tasks, prototyping, and documenting interaction logic. You will have an impact on the core mechanics of the game and be part of an experienced team that values quality, logic, and clean structure.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a UX designer.
- Practical experience in game development. Understanding game development processes is mandatory.
- A love for games and regular practice as a player. This is essential for creating good UX solutions.
- Confident knowledge of Adobe XD, Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma.
- Strong understanding of basic UX design principles, usability, and gameplay flow logic.
- Structured thinking, responsibility, openness to feedback, and a desire to grow.
- Confident communication.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of UX for all key systems in the MMORPG: from combat UI to global simulations, inventory, dialogues, maps, skill trees, and other features.
- Analyze requirements and prepare UX solutions: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, personas.
- Support and update existing UX documentation in Confluence.
- Work with Figma and Adobe XD to create UX mockups and interactive demos.
- Receive clear tasks in the initial phase with the possibility of increased autonomy over time.
- Collaborate with other project teams: game designers, programmers, narrative department, and QA.
- Participate in the daily UX team activities: stand-ups, feedbacks, iterations.
