In this role, you will oversee the execution of our social media strategy, craft compelling content concepts and text, and drive engagement with our audience across platforms. Your goal will be to enhance GS Studio's brand presence, generate leads, and position us as a thought leader in the gaming and tech industries.

This includes engaging PC and Console games, immersive AR/VR experiences, and captivating mobile games.Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating contract signing.
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, YouTube).
- Create and schedule engaging posts tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community discussions to foster engagement.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Develop creative concepts and write high-quality, engaging content, including social posts, blogs, case studies, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns with our visual branding.
- Brainstorm ideas for thought leadership articles, behind-the-scenes posts, and project showcases.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice that reflects GS Studio's brand values: innovation, transparency, and approachability.
- Actively engage with game developers and industry professionals in online communities (Reddit, Discord, ArtStation).
- Host and participate in discussions, AMAs, and other community-building activities.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align social media efforts with paid campaigns.
- Assist with event promotions and live coverage (e.g., GDC, Gamescom).
- Work closely with the SEO team to integrate social media content with broader content marketing strategies.
- Use tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights to track performance and generate monthly reports.
- Use data to refine content and social strategies for maximum impact.
