Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and facilitating contract signing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
