Responsibilities
- Strategic planning involves developing strategy for the project and the team working on them.
- Team leadership includes guiding and mentoring a team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Process optimization focuses on improving operational workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
