Technical Game Designer

About us:

We are looking for a remote Technical Game Designer to help us create an exciting MMORPG for PC.

G-SPACE STUDIO LTD is a European game development studio. Our company has been developing games and applications since 2011. We work with partners from Europe, Canada, and the USA.We started as a small team of indie Flash game developers, and now we are a solid studio of game development veterans. We love games and know almost everything about them. We are developing high-quality products of varying complexity, such as MMORPG, AR / VR games, and applications.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating and integrating game mechanics;
• Creating prototypes in Unreal Engine 5 and constantly improving the gameplay;
• Close collaboration with other departments in the development and implementation of game mechanics;
• Development of design and creation of technical documentation;
• Participating in the improvement of the game development processes and toolkit;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a game designer or technical designer on a PC/Console game project;
• Experience with Unreal Engine;
• Ability to describe a concept clearly and in detail, both verbally and in writing;
• Understanding of the game development cycle;
• The ability to work in a team and solve conflict situations;
• Self-motivation and self-organization;
• Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written;

Will be a plus:

• Portfolio with prototypes of game mechanics;
• Working experience with action or adventure games;
• Creating mods for games (with mods demonstration);
